About

Supported by the EACEA Culture Programme (Literary Translation Projects), Bradshaw Books is touring Adolescence 2: hormonised poems around Ireland and Spain in autumn 2011, allowing English-speaking audiences to read and enjoy the vibrant poetry of Spanish poet Manuel Arana.

Manuel Arana is proactive in the emerging spoken-word scene in Andalusia where his performances are an electrifying mix of poetry, music and banter. His poetry has appeared in a number of literary magazines and anthologies, including Las Noches del Cangrejo: Antología de Poetas en Platea (Cangrejo Pistolero Ediciones, 2008), RCA ’08 and Recital de Poesía Chilango Andaluz (Editorial Cocó,2009). He is co-founder and director of the literary magazine and movement Chichimeca (2001).
